- Rapid Prototyping Service
High Mixed, Low Volume or Mass Production requires fast conversion of technical drawings for engineering review and CNC machine programming. Our wide range of engineering software enable us to review and convert technical file to producing prototype in short lead time. Alongside, we help customer by providing the expert Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback that can only come from experience to determine the best cost for mass production. - Processing Exotic Materials
We have broad expertise in processing heavy metal materials, for instances Plastics, Aluminium, Low Carbon Alloys, Tool Steels and Stainless Steel (17-4 Precipitation Hardening Grades, 303, 304, 316, 316L, 410, 416, 440C). We also have extensive experience with exotic metals, such as Nickel Alloys, Titanium, Inconel 625 Tungsten, and Copper/Bronze Alloys. - Product Test & Validation
We collaborate with customer to understand the test requirement. By co-developing test parameter and proprietary test instrument, we are able to conduct product testing and design validation to ensure the compliance to specifications. We ensure customer’s test record is well preserved within the determined period to warrant traceability for the purpose of FMEA and Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) determination.
