High Precision Machining

Paradigm Precision Components is combining strong engineering skill and high technology edge to serve our customer worldwide.

We equipped with high performance CNC milling machine from 3-axis to 5-axis machine and CNC turning from auto lathe to "turn and mill” in order to cater complex and wide range (up-to 1.6 meter in length) of products.

For CNC turning, our machine able to produce product in the range from diameter size of 20 mm to 250 mm. Besides, we invested in turn and mill machine, bar feeder and auto lathe machine to ensure uninterrupted tool path in order to maintain high quality of products.


Surface Treatment

Anodizing is an electrochemical process that converts the metal surface into a decorative colouring, durable, corrosion-resistant, anodic oxide finished. Anodizing lines are fully automated line to maintain consistency and high repeatability of the products.

Our anodizing capabilities are focus on clear anodize, hard anodize, bright anodize, PTFE anodize, black anodize & color anodize.


Metrology Lab

Designated Metrology lab to prepare a sophisticated environment for measuring high precision product.

Metrology lab equipped with high technology such as CMM, smart scope, microscope, roughness test, leak test and so on for measuring tasks in nearly every industry where accuracy, repeatable results and automated measuring of dimensions is required.

Clean Room - 10K

To improve quality of product, we equipped with Clean Room in 10K standard to reduce particulate contamination and control environment factor such as temperature, humidity and pressure.

Our employees are trained to work in cleanrooms undergo extensive training in contamination control. We prepared a facilities for industries such as aerospace, medical and life sciences and semiconductors.

Modular Assembly

Our assembly department handles high assembly requirements with the engineering support on assembly jigs development. We are continually improving in our lean environment to allow us more efficient way of working and ensuring defect-free products.
